For over 100 years, San Francisco City Clinic has been providing expert guidance and technical assistance on sexual-health topics to providers from around the world.
We are dedicated to improving the sexual health of the community through our three core activities.
- Patient care: We conduct over 17,000 visits a year in our clinic.
- Clinical teaching: We are a training site for medical and nursing students, residents, and fellows, with over 100 trainees rotating through our clinic annually.
- Research: We participate in NIH, CDC, and industry-funded research projects with a focus on improving STI and HIV diagnostic tests, treatments, and prevention strategies.
